Ancient practice, for today...

Authentic Tantra is an unique style of spiritual practice rooted in Tibetan Buddhism; combining ancient Tantric sexual and non-sexual teachings from Tibet, Taoist sexual yoga practices, Tantric Movement, Transformational Communication, and Somatic/Tantric Healing Methods.

Authentic Tantra approaches “pleasure as medicine”, and sex as a healing art.

There are 4 pillars of Authentic Tantra:

 MEDITATION

MOVEMENT

PLEASURE

CONNECTION

Each pillar creates a pathway though the layers of ignorance, trauma, and cultural conditioning in the body/mind/spirit, reconnecting you with the core of your life essence- that spark of infinite, Divine consciousness, that we all are!

The 4 Pillars of AuthenticTantra are some of the most authentic and powerful Tantric teachings available today, catalyzing profound healing and transformation in the areas of sexuality, spirituality, and personal growth.

Authentic Tantra is the only style of Sexual Tantra in North America accredited by an official Tibetan Tantric Lama from the Shangpa Kagyu Lineage, which means that these Tantric teachings truly are authentic and powerful.

We celebrate Lama Tashi as a compassionate and wise leader. We are dedicated to making his teachings as accessible to as many people as possible.

About Tantra

Traditional Tantra is a form of Yogic practice, which includes sexual and non-sexual teachings, designed to transform human consciousness, remove the veils of “ignorance”, and realize “enlightenment”, (i.e. freedom from suffering.)

Tantra is not a religion, it is a holistic lifestyle. It is a way of integrating body, mind, spirit and sex.

Authentic Tantra specifically provides tools for balancing the mind, body, spirit and sex to create better health, emotional balance, mental clarity, more happiness, joy, pleasure and freedom from suffering.

The methods that we share are rooted in tibetan tantric buddhism, which we practice and teach under the guidance of Lama Tashi Dundrup of the Shangpa Kagyu Lineage.

You do not need to become a buddhist in order to practice these methods, they are universal and will simply enhance whatever spiritual beliefs you may or may not already have.
